If this happens to you, don't bother sending it to Sceptre and using your "warranty" because they will charge you for shipping both ways and they have a "Dead pixel policy" stating that unless you have 3 dead pixels in a group or more than 5 they will not replace or fix the screen because this is considered "normal"
