I use it for champagne and it holds a consistent temperature but will not hold nearly the amount of bottles that it says even though in the description it says champagne

sort of annoying and tells me that the insulation of the unit is not that great if it is having to cycle so much to maintain a steady temp.
It might be an issue if you are aging red wines and need a consistent temp
What that tells me is it is insulated well and the cooler temps inside do not leak out and make the outer surface too cool for our little princely kitty.
