Compared to other car mounts that I've had, this mount only has two draw-backs:1) harsh bumps can knock your phone lose

Really like the magnet , holds very good but It does vibrate slight and almost falls off on harder bumps, I think it might have to do with the cd slot on my Lexus GS 350

n’t sure how well it would hold up since the truck gets bumped and jolted a lot more and it has worked perfectly for him

A hard bump or a loud bass system will easily shake the phone off.

Fits like a glove and my doesn’t move at all even with crazy bumps and crazy hot weather as in GA.

The mount is secure and stable using the provided mounting tape even when going over rough bumps, and stays put when angled to assist viewing.

Any bumps in the road would make the entire device fall out of the charger

Any minor bumps are left or right turns and your device will fall off of the mount.

but if I hit a hard bump it'll fall down

iPhone 6 with case never falls off hitting the roughest bumps.

The only drawback is that you cannot angle your device when you mount it, and hard bumps can cause your phone loose if you decide to mount it at an angle

A solid bump at highway speeds sends it flying into the floor.

I tried putting mine on the inside back of the case and it does hold it but bumps and vibration it will fall off.

The 3M adhesive that is applied to the back of the metal plate works really, really well

They need to include adhesive promoter or contact 3M about better adhesive.

I peeled it off and replaced it with the 3M clear double faced tape and it holds amazing

The problem, for me, is that the smaller of the 2 plates is now attached to to the phone with a 3M "sticky pad" instead of the double coated sticky tissue tape included on my other 2 small ones.
