It's a good classic tape dispenser, but I'm marking it down a star because the tape cutter portion is right-handed

Cheap and practical, this is a great tape dispenser for those on a budget

It has a nice weight and a non-skid bottom, so you can get a piece of tape with one hand.
The weight is perfect to remove tape and not have the dispenser moving.

Works well, weighted well, good cutter.
Weighted bottom keeps it upright and the cutter is nice and sharp so the tape cuts right off instead of getting stuck like I've experienced with some dispensers.
