Light weight, very difficult to use when wrapping packages and have only one hand to 'grab the tape'.

The item pictured is black, but the one I received is an ugly turquoise color that does not go with my other office accessories.

would just be nice if we could choose our own color; I would have preferred a different color.

I received an ivory color dispenser -- one solid color, not a dual color - I believe because the bottoms are all that same off-white/ivory color.
