    Scotch Outdoor Mounting Tape, 1-inch x 60-inches, Gray, 1-Roll (411P)

    • Sand papered the back of the mount, then used the 3M 4928 Adhesion Promoter to clean up the wall and the back of the holder for the vacuum, which previously had been lightly sand papered.
    • Then came the rain -- although the wall is protected by our roof eaves, so rain wasn't getting directly onto the hook
