You obviously need an Xbox one elite controller for them to work( they will not work on a regular Xbox one controller

The original paddles on the xbox elite controller are in a really bad spot and I always found myself hitting them on accident

So I use an Xbox Elite Controller with the stock paddles

they are not in the way like the Xbox one's which cause accidental button pressing

My rechargeable xbox one battery from amazon does not work with this
