Seagate 2TB FireCuda Gaming SSHD (Solid State Hybrid Drive) - 7200 RPM SATA 6Gb/s 64MB Cache 3.5-Inch Hard Drive (ST2000DX002)

    • Feel free to pair it with a SSD if you want even better performance.***Update: The SSHD failed after less than 1 year into its 5 year warranty
    • Great quality SSHD, would recommend if your in the market for a 1TB-2TB drive for your desktop computer
    • Good SSHD, however it doesn't come with ANYTHING but the harddrive itself, be sure to get a SATA cable, screws, and a bracket as well
    • I decided to buy a new drive to clone the old one before it was too late (as reinstalling Windows and all apps from scratch is painful). This is when I noticed that Seagate Barracuda disks now only come with a two-year warranty, so I decided to get a more expensive FireCuda SSHD with a five-year warranty even though I was happy with the performance of the old Barracuda
    • better! My HDD was almost dead, and this great SSHD cloned it and restored everything
    • , I benched both disk twice and get the same results, this SSHD is slower than 7200.14 series, but Seagate recommend this one for "gaming", my oldest barracuda was faster but doesn't have an small SSD cache inside, maybe with the time will be better in load times but the average speed is mediocre.
    • That said, as a boot-up drive this SSHD would become faster as you use it.
    • good quality sshd great for ssd companion
    • Awesome SSHD and a very reason price
    • very fast sshd.
    • In all a good SSHD

    • Good SSHD.
    • Great value sshd for the price
    • The only thing you really need on an SSD is your OS the rest can go on these awesome SSHD
    • I think is the best SSHD at a acceptable price
    • I see the point of having your OS and other smaller programs on a primary SSD then loading large sized games onto another drive however, an SSHD will give you the best of both worlds (with slightly decreased performance compared to the SSD of course) and you don't have to have two separate storage devices which simplifies things
    • These sshd's work well, but for some reason, I got two by accident
    • Decent SSHD
    • Really nice, fast, SSHD
    • Ths FireCuda SSHD is awesome
    • The SSHD is great for most other games
    • One of the best SSHD with this price, my only concern that it doesn't come with SATA cable.
    • currently the best SSHD on the market
    • I gave this sshd the benefit of the doubt and cleaned my computer and changed the slot on the
    • As a secondary or backup drive, this SSHD really would provide little benefit over a standard and cheaper HDD.
    • On top of this they include the sshd feature with work well as a game booting drive because I rent to load up the same programs and games
    • SSHD failed after just over 2 months
    • Best alternitive you can get to expensive SSD’s
    • Best alternitive you can get to expensive SSD’s
    • This ideal for having a lot of memory with great performance at an affordable price :D
