    • Since the moment I started using it I noticed some annoying clicking and grinding noises
    • I noticed a bit of loud noise from the hard drive once or twice but really hoped that was "normal
    • Drive died a year into service, no noise, no warning just dead.
    • My gosh is it loud, it just sounds like a very annoying ticking noise, like someone rapidly tapping their nails on a granite counter top
    • I would honestly give this product 5 stars but mine was missing its mounting screws and it vibrates and creates an annoying high pitched buzzing noise when my speakers play
    • But the noise is a little weird
    • Windows was installing ok until disk started to make awful noise like the needle clicking continuously against the plates, disk dies
    • I thought I heard it making excessive noise once, but I haven't heard it again since.

    • I just now noticed that there's a funny noise coming from the PS4, so idk if it's the fan or the hard drive
    • It was also loud (head noise) and was making lots of the noises anyone who has heard a failing drive will be familiar with - repetetive clicking, spiky performance etc
    • bought this drive for an hp laptop for a customer, lost O/S after a month of use
