Overall I'm happy, I researched drive types before I bought this, my computer boots with a 256gb SSD, so the hybrid SSHD works perfectly for extra storage and large program installations, definitely the way to go over a standard HDD.

In short, if you don't care about money at all and just want pure performance you have to go for pure SSD

I'm sure I'd get more speed increase with a pure SSD, but getting this much storage on an SSD would have been much higher price for a somewhat older system that might not take full advantage of the SSD's full capability, so it's a decent compromise
