Bought this to enhance my storage on my PS4, took 5 minutes to swap out

so this was a good speed and storage compromise.

I just wouldn't recommend this as a so called "Gaming Drive" when the Factory Drives run circles around them, they just have more storage to hold more Games.

After a few days of working fine, I ran into occasional problems when saving games in Skyrim SE--the drive appeared to time-out and the game would complain there was no storage available.

Good quality, inexpensive storage with a little flash to improve performance

That being said, SSHDs in general make for great storage with SSD speed for repetitive content being loaded (the 8GB flash cache).

But as for faster than the stock hard drive?

Works as it should.

It works exactly as I expect a SSHD to work

I bought 2TB edition for my ACER-ASPIRE-E5-576G and it works fine without any issues.
