Device made weird clicking news only a few weeks after I bought it then became entirely unusable

So it worked for almost three weeks, 20 days to be exact, and all of a sudden it starts making this weird clicking noise

Started it up today, and the Device was making weird clicking noises

This did work and then today, it started to make a weird clicking sound
