While it seems I can reliably read and write data to it right now, the clicking is definitely not reassuring

I am unwilling to live with audible clicks and unwilling to put critical data on a drive that makes noise right out of the box.

Lots of grinding noise/clicking noise constantly every so often after i installed windows etc, manage to survive 3 months so far, but with that unusual noise since day one

Noisy (constant clicking), not overly loud, but haven't had a drive that sounded this noisy in over 10 years.

Tried reseating, heard weird clicking noises on bootup.

Oddly enough diagnostics repeatedly said the hard drive was fine but drive keeps making constant clicking and grinding noises

It installed with no trouble, partitioned, formatted and reinstalled the operating systems and everything is working fine with no unusual burps or clicks and the usual burn-in time has elapsed with zero issues.

I got this to add on to my laptop as a second drive replacing a smaller SSD I had installed but this drive seems to run extremely slow and even causes hiccups in games with an audible clicking
