USPS lost it, the Xbox wouldn’t recognize it properly (but did detect it), changing USB ports didn’t solve the problem, it wouldn’t reformat on the console, Microsoft support couldn’t determine the problem, Seagate’s Seatools for Windows said it passed every test and benchmark with flying colors, the drivers were up to date, and Seagate customer support was (politely) useless
