Tech support wasn't much help either

Went through multiple rounds of tech support trying to fix the issue and nothing worked

Working with their Tech Support can be difficult as any repair effort must be completed in the day they are contacted or you have to start over again.

Tech Support is giving me the option to send it back for data

Never needed tech support so can't really comment

Zero AMERICAN tech support, which equates to ZERO tech support

so have no idea if their tech support is any good
