The motor is loud and sounds cheap, and it retains quite a bit of grounds, up to 2 full grams in some cases (16g in, 14g out with my latest grind), so not super great if you're using different beans for espresso/drip/etc - especially since it sounds like it's going to burn out and set fire once the hopper runs out... and it does NOT know that it should shut itself off, so be ready to do so manually when it whines

Yes, it does make a bit of a mess when I dump the ground coffee into the filter, but I haven’t found any grinders that don’t do this
