Took off the case for charging, but my iPhone X would actually lose battery while I was charging

I haven't used the fast charging capability yet as I feel that fast charging kills battery faster.

The lights were on, it indicated it is charging my phone, yet nothing happens except it DRAINS my battery

It charges my Galaxy S6 phone rapidly which is a great thing as the battery in these phone don't last that long.

(Droid Turbo - which is supposed to charge faster than most phones) on it for about 4 hours just to get like 20% battery.

This is great for your nightstand, but maybe not as good for use in a scenario when you need to quickly top off your battery.

I've used other wireless chargers and they can be hard to get the phone in best position - otherwise you wake to a dead battery

This charger drained the battery rather than charged it quickly

The Pop Socket does make the phone stick out from the stand a bit, so be careful not to jostle it or it may fall off as it is less stable

I had the OEM from Samsung, but it grew legs and walked off... go figure, and I would say it performs as well as for charging, but where it stands out is how the phone sits on the charger.

While this item did not work as I had hoped I believe that another star is worth noting that this is a seller that is committed to customer service

I love the color bar at the bottom, as it allows me to see in my peripheral sight when the phone has a good charge going or has completed its charge.

So i bought this item thinking that i would be able to charge my phone almost as fast as if i plugged my phone to directly charge my samsung S7
