and it's easy for your cable to fall out and leave your phone to die unnoticed.

I have missed to many alarms because my phone shuts down because this junk failed to charge it

It charges phone pretty well although a bit slower

it does not have an included fansy fan at the back like most of samsung's changer, my phone doesn't get warm after charged

There's also a non-skid pad where the bottom edge of the phone sits so it's not easy to bump the phone off of the unit

I love the ease of just placing my phone on the stand to charge and the lights are dim enough the one next to my bedside is perfect.

I would put my almost dead phone on this charger before bed and wake up to it being at only 60%

This is an excellent wireless phone charger.

the only thing i found a bit out of the ordinary, was that the device gets a bit hot on the bottom, although i have closely monitored it, and it is not causing any ill effects, when fast charging a phone, heat will be the by product, and it has to go somewhere, it is not unreasonable and it does not take away any rating from the product, since i have other devices such as an original samsung wireless charger that would make my phone pretty warm when charging, along with the device, the seneo just happens to get hot on the bottom, while my phone and the rest of the upper part of the unit are nice and cool

It doesn't charge the phone as quickly as connecting the phone via cord to an outlet fast charger, but still works much faster than a portable power pack or car charger

I'm using it with a Nillkin Qi charging pad, my phone doesn't natively support wireless charging.

I like the simple stand as it allows me to view my phone easily while working at my desktop station.

It will generally charge my phone from dead to 100% in around 3-4hrs, so not as fast as using the cable, but definitely fast enough to charge overnight.

Found myself it happens too when a phone is not compatible with wireless charging, detection of some electromagnetic field but not able to get the electromagnetic field back to the charger

BIG downside is that is does not work with any protective cover/case in place, so you have to decide...easy charging or protect the phone from accidental dropping

While this doesn't charge as fast as plugging the phone directly into the fast-charger cord, it is faster than using this wireless charger with a non fast charger cord.

Use the phone in this charger upside down when on a speakerphone call allowing more area to the mic (Charger still charges) or put 2 dabs of Sugru on the base to slightly elevate the phone.

My phone shows it is "fast charging" when placed on the cradle, and I like the LED indicator and how easy it is to tell if the phone has made proper contact, as well if it is charging or fully charged.

Plus, my phone was pretty hot when I took it off as well.

Unfortunately, the last couple of weeks i have been trying to charge my phone while i am not using it and after an hour of not using it and leaving it on the charger it seems to slowly charge my phone like 10% for an hour

/feel to it, and shouldn't scratch your phone either.

This would not charge my Note 9, my S7, my son's S7, my wife's Note 9, my mother's S6.... tried different phones, differnet power adapters, with case, without case, it does not work.

Was waking up to a dead phone.

Just simply set your phone on the charger and it works

I charge my phone in the case and it works fine

(FYI, in order to have your phone fast charged, you have to use a fast adapter and a good wire to connect to the charger, same thing even with a samsung gernuined wireless charger)3

I use my phone as clock/alarm (which is why I bought the upright stand)

The phone always reads the charger well too, it's not finnicky where you have to get it in just the right spot like some other wireless chargers.
