You can bearly hear yourself when you put them on and the sound positioning while gaming is very precise, upon checking other reviews, its true that this headset is NOT made for music although the sound is good quality, but for gaming (Because its obviously a headset), this goes above and beyond.

Overall this a great gaming headset and really I wouldn't expect anything less from Sennheiser.

A few things: these headphones are a huge step from other popular gaming sets such as the Siberia v2

The super soft materials used in the ear cup are sweet for comfort over nice gaming marathons.

-Cable is long and is prone to tangling-Needs to be connected to an amp to unlock the headset's true potential-Sound stage not as good as the Game Ones-Ears may get warm after prolonged use because of the ear cup materialsGreat audio, an unmatched microphone, great portability, and a huge price cut (thanks GSP 300 and GSP 600) make the Sennheiser Game Zeros one of the best gaming headsets ever made, even more so than the Game Ones which is why it receives my highest recommendation.
