After several hours of calling and attempting to figure out how I can ship these in for a replacement, I finally found out the process which is quite lengthy including a lot of questions to be answered regarding the headphones

For me, these are the most comfortable headphones I've had and while their range is better suited for gaming - they do an admirable job for both music and movies

After initial installation and setup, these headphones came to life and its a whole new world in audio for me, well worth it.
