I had to go to the hardware store and buy better screws and replace them.

I was missing a screw and a metal clip piece (held on by the screws) that keeps the cup connected to the hinge

After them being pulled hard to the floor a bunch of times by the cable getting caught on the arm of my chair and me not noticing and walking through it, the screws in these 2 plates above the ear cups can come loose sometimes and I lost one

The bad news: I opened the box to find a 'refurbished' pair of headphones, missing a screw on the very same piece that broke on my original pair, and cracks in the plastic of the microphone boom.

On the plus side, there's no sign of loose screws, something mentioned in a few other reviews.
