After owning so many headphones of different price ranges.. I really love these... but everyone's ears are different but these fit perfect for my taste of music.. ranging from rock to hip hop to electronic, etc

My ears are probably not critical enough to offer a meaningful opinion at the $250 price level, but they sure sound great to me

For those of you who count negatives, they do make your ears feel warm

The only thing that surprises me is they still warm up my ears like the 280s

I can wear these for hours and my ears refuse to hurt

The clamp pressure is also a bit more than average but this was not an issue due to the soft, replaceable, ear pads

Of course I can tell that I have them on, but the top headband is luxuriously soft and the ultra-soft ear pads envelope your ears

They are so soft and big so they don't push on your ears and hurt.

They dont clamp your head too tight, and your ears dont get too hot if you have these on for extended periods of time

And on first listen this resulted in some pretty rapid ear fatigue.

Maybe a little stiffer ear cushions than the older model
