They do isolate sound quite well from the outside enviroment (and I work in some REALLY loud ones, at times)They come with a protective case and fold up quite small,

Any time I adjust it, any time I'm eating, half the time I move my head and a fifth of the time I'm talking, it makes a loud enough plastic squeaking sound (while they're on my head - they're pretty quiet otherwise) that I can't hear much else

Comfortable, but the sound is a bit muddy.
