The headset loses connectivity to my MacBook Pro relentlessly on calls

Like other reviewers I am less than satisfied with the sound quality and especially with the very poor and intermittent Bluetooth connectivity.

The headset is constantly losing the bluetooth connectivity to the laptop.

The app allows for some sound modification but that too exhibits intermittent connectivity with the device.
