I think I will be keeping these despite this inconvenience primarily because the price was right, the distance is large, sound quality is excellent, and I can live with having to tweak the tuning every once in a while and occasional audio glitches.

This refurbished set is a great price....just like the original refurbished set I purchased four years ago and 6 years prior to that.
