Had me try a reset (which is good to know for future reference how to do), and when that didn't work they shipped me a new pair.

A hard reset would not cure the problem

They had me try a hard reset, and the left ear bud still didn't work

so I’m very happy they quickly honored the year warranty’s.

Love these... can work out in them without them cutting out like my Powerbeat 3’s
