it was just a matter of resetting them and they work just fine with all the devices I use, two thumbs up to their customer service support very professional and they will work with you if you have any problems, Senso makes great products and just having the type of tech support they have makes buying their products easier and gives you piece of mind, I strongly recommend them these earbuds for the money you can't go wrong

Senso gave me these earbuds because I wasn't satisfied with the over-the-ear-hook ones I bought

Also, I think they could improve these earbuds by changing the beeping tone that tells you that you have reached the maximum earbud volume; it's too harsh in my opinion

The 255s I received don’t sound nearly as good as these 300s and aren’t nearly as comfortable.

The description is misleading as I don't think they are sweat proof
