Assembly went pretty well, some of the screws were difficult to align, and one of the the rubber strips that covers the screws won't stay in place well.

Also one of the wheels has broken off, they are connected with a heavy plastic, I am large but more than 50 lbs UNDER the advertised limit and wheels should not break off.

I'm a larger guy at 6' and 280 lbs, but still well within the supported limits of the chair.

The reason for my 4 out of 5 star rating is only a humble opinion that I felt the Serta people could have devoted a little more padding for the rear, just as they did for the back (the back padding is wonderful).

The padding is nice and comfortable, the armrests aren't adjustable, but they are the right height for me.

I will admit the price before shipping was decent, but all the loathing I have for this chair make that point moot

but it was noticeable that the chair is poorly engineered and not well manufactured, definitely not commercial grade as indicated

The seat is comfortable, and adjusts easily enough

The rollerblade casters are smoother, and won't damage hardwood floors, which the casters that come with chairs have done on both our floors.

The arms and side of the chair hit my desk and it has broken through the FAKE leather.

Fake leather is coming apart on armrests seats at 1 year

but be REALLY hard on their stuff because the "leather" is pristine a year later & nothing has broken & my husband is a big guy
