Easy to pair with regular verizon fios cable box with the clock on it AND the cheaper smaller box without a clock on it.

This remote synced up to our Verizon FIOS set top box with no issues at all

Install batteries and it worked on the Verizon FIOS HD cable box

WIth that being said, neither of these appear to acknowldege my set top box.

These arrived already programed for my set top box

Both remotes work well controlling my Panasonic TV and FiOS box
