It sits on a slightly uneven floor in our basement and the locking wheels keep it from rolling around on me

They are sturdy, roll well (I have hard wood floors), and can be put together in about 5 minutes

On hard floors it's quite sturdy

I may have to lift it from hard floor onto carpet, but that's no big thing.
