We were missing one screw that was to be used for the drawer knobs (luckily I had a matching spare)

I did have issues getting the plastic screw-like pieces on before you put on the wheels...ended up using a hammer to gently tap them in and it worked perfect without damage

I called the manufacturer to ask them to send me the missing screw, 30 min later I am assured said screw is on its way
