one time the whole thing fell

It does the job, however the wheels fall off almost every time I move the unit and the edges are sharps when removing the drawers.

And the middle couple of drawers have fallen out of the tracks a few times.

They definitely SHOULD have had the decency to ship replacement parts, instead of making the customer go through all this extremely irritating hassle and time wasting mess of disassembling, struggling to pack up bulky parts, when I am already behind on my work, to return something that is basically valueless and can't even be used by anyone, to them

I've read reviews of people who have a hard time opening the drawers

Putting it together took more time than I would have liked, and it’s not perfectly aligned; however, it wholly works and was less expensive than ones with fewer drawers than I’ve seen in stores

What I don't like is that every time I open and close the drawer it shaves some of the plastic off

Well today I began putting some small items in the drawers and after sliding one drawer open, maybe 3-4 times, the metal rail simply snapped and broke away from the tubular frame

Not only did i slice my fingers up assembling the carts, but when I open or close a drawer, the rails shave off a bit of the plastic bin each time

The wheels were extremely difficult to put in and had a hard time putting the drawers into place

Take your time follow instructions and it works wonderfully.

As much as I love to shop,it will be a long time before I come back here.

So mad don’t even have time to send it back.

I have the hardest time with assembling things like

Bc I do have stuff based on activity like house underpants, work underpants, sexy-time

Love the idea of the stoppers but maybe next time a warning.

So now I had to either contact them again and risk more wasted time and the wrong item arriving or hit up the hardware store and find the screw.

The drawers are a little flimsy and have a hard time staying on the track.

For the price this is an alright investment, my only real issues would be every time I close one of the drawers they rub against the metal in a way that it leaves little plastic shavings everywhere

After I pulled all the pieces out of the box to assemble I had a hard time getting the drawers apart.

Junk, the draws comes out 9 of 10 times

and I don'[t have to worry about them crashing to the floor.
