    Shadow The Hedgehog - Gamecube

    • Nintendo's fat, Italian plumber helped pioneer the platformer genre and SEGA's blue hedgehog transformed it completely, placing a new emphasis on speed and rollercoaster-inspired level designs
    • Felt kind of like a choose our own ending goosebumps without the plot; except incited of just skipping the beginning part over to find a different ending you have to do the same (many times tedious) levels all over again.
    • The plot is interesting enough (not really but just enough to fit the bill) but after doing the same level over literally 12 times (thats how many paths there are
    • The story was so stupid and boring, and with ridiculously hard levels I could barely stand to play through one timeline, and I was done

    • Dark levels, guns, language and violence just is not a sonic game.
    • The story is awesome, the levels are fun and interesting, and it's definately a game I'll play over and over

    • Not since Bubsy have I seen a mascot-based action game corner the market in unresponsive controls, disastrous level designs, inconsistent framerates, traumatizing character designs, and (my personal favorite) just being flat out broken.

    • Just allow me to say that there was one level that relied heavily on a certain contraption, and this was probably one of my favorite levels so far
    • Sound is clean and the music well suits the level, while being great
    • But this doesn't make up for the game's long list of shortcomings, from stupid level design, unrefined controls and useless gunplay to disappointingly outdated graphics.
    • On top of that, the neutral and evil levels were MUCH easier than the good ones, the good quests usually making you find, search, or rescue hidden things around the level.
    • 22 levels, and around 20 of them are like the Sonic/Shadow levels of SAB2

    • Other levels don't exactly have as much frustrations, but there are still general problems like not being able to get a good view of where to jump at certain points, and control that feels slipperier than in Sonic Heroes

    • But the levels are not too hard, not too easy which makes it fun to play
