It has the most annoying high-pitched noise I’ve heard in my life

It’s a little loud when my grinds but I use that noise to help wake me up into the morning.

Consistent grinds, variety of grind levels, compact design, low noise, fair price, and great customer service

Most negative reviews, especially of other brands even higher priced ones, complained of poor construction & of excessive noise

but I bought this because I was tired of the loud noise mine made

The only complaint I have is the noise.

This tiny countertop appliance rivals the noise of my shop vac.

Looks like the motor is jammed, tried everything to fix this thing, but it just makes a very loud noise whenever I turn it on.

and yes it makes noise, not the loudest noise for a grinder ,i had worst, but still ,is not a quiet grinder if you are looking for .

The other was a loud grinding noise, this one has more of a high pitched squeal.

The only slight downside is the noise, but that will come with any burr grinder.

If I had to think of something to complain about, it would be the noise when grinding

Makes consistent size coffee, low noise and grinds coffee better then my last burr grinder as with the burr grinder when it was close to being empty the last coffee grounds wouldn't grind just keep bouncing around this gets every last ground

The noise is not as loud as you think

Only drawback, unless you don't like the somewhat shrill noise of a grinder (which, honestly, is not that bad), is that the amount of ground coffee does not match the dialed in amount
