- the plastic lid to the ground coffee is difficult to remove and results in a sort of "explosive opening" sending the grinds that cling to the outside from static all over the place
- Also the lid of where coffee goes is hard to get in the hole.
- The lid falls off and you lose most of your grounds
- At first glance I thought the little scoop/brush looked pretty cheesy, but the brush actually works really well for cleaning the cup and its lid, minimal mess
