So you end up with wasted coffee and a mess on your hands after only a few grinds.

Overall it's a good grinder and useful but the mess that ensues is less than desirable.

Doesn't grind properly, makes a mess, constantly gets stuck, now the plastic tabs are breaking off due to the vibration.

This unit is anti-static, so NO MESS

This grinds coffee evenly, but leaves a mess all over the counter when you grind & when you pour.

Even before it broke, it created a static mess of coffee grinds

I like how you can keep the cap on the hopper when pouring the grounds out and limit the mess.

Worst part is the static that causes a horrendous mess with every use

It makes a small mess when grinding a full container but who doesn't make a mess with coffee grounds?

Other than cleaning up a mess every time I grind coffee it does grind it perfectly.

As soon as you finish grinding the beans, you take out the cup and there is ground coffee mess everywhere.

My only complaint would be that when it's grinding the coffee it does make a mess on the counter.
