If you didn’t know whole bean coffee only keeps its quality for a week after being opened and 24 hours after being ground

We have two Littles, so we love the low noise level and appreciate the ease of use, as well as, the easy cleaning

I usually grind a lot of beans at once as I have nicely sealed container that I store my coffee in, so when I empty the container from the grinder into my canister I usually do it in the kitchen sink to cut back on the mess

It maybe easy to clean as it can be taken apart easily although I had to figure it out the first time and it was hard to open the housing at first

It's possible that if you use this to make several pots worth of grounds at once that you'd only have to deal with the mess every few days, but it's designed to grind only as much as you need
