The good reveiws are by people who didn't experience the fatal paper jam, but do want a 20% chance (probably more) of the machine becoming unusable at any moment.

I have bought a new one three years in a row, and have had each one replaced as warranty that YEAR because the paper jams so tightly it damages the paper feed when it is removed
