If you want a more multi-purpose sharpie pen that writes on all surfaces (skin included) then you would do better with a sharpie ultra fine point retractable--however those pens bleed through paper.

Perfect for work, I loved the thin sharpies that had lids but these are perfect because I get the non smearing sharpie pen without having to fumble for the lid in a hurry.

It seems strange at first when you start using this fine tipped sharpie instead of a ball point because you don't need to apply hardly any pressure to begin writing

Sharpie’s pen is kinda my go to pen, combining many of my favorites into one with a great, bold line like a fine tip sharpie that doesn’t blend though even thin paper

But I also bought the Retractable Sharpie Ultra Fine Tip Markers, and those don’t smear.

However, I found I can take the cap from one of my old Sharpie Stainless pens and it fits the Grip pen and fits tightly AND adds weight to the Grip pen which makes it write much much better

I love the retractable Sharpie Pen, but the biggest complaint from all users I know is that the points (tips) lose their shape too quickly and then you'll have an uneven writing experience
