Yet my full size sharpie with smear guard highlighter doesn't smear

If they are going to advertise for smear guard, they really need to concentrate on the one that's used the most, that's why I docked an additional star

but the "smear guard" didn't work, everything I highlighted from my printout smeared

The markers advertise "smear guard, which I can attest works pretty well for highlighting books

Apparently the smear guard wasn't used on the product branding

But, in a turn of extreme irony, though the markers themselves don't smear, the words "smear guard" have smeared right off!

Sharpie's chisel-tip, Smear Guard highlighters were much better.

The old version, without "smear guard", also suffered from ink bleeding onto the other page when you close the book

The most significant difference is the smear guard, which dries much faster than the old ink

I love the variety of colors and these are truly smear guard!!!

Ironically I smudged the very bit that says "smear guard

unfortunately, they bleeds through thin papers such as the bible page or recycled newspapers.

and when i got back to use it, it was as smooth as when it was closed
