Sharpie is an all time favorite, reliable marker and the shade of blue is the exact color for the office signs we already have hanging up

The fine point markers lay down a line that is thicker than a standard ball point pen, and may not be appropriate for filling out paper forms, etc

I like the Sharpie Ultra Fine Point Permanent Marker, but it is impractical especially in filling out a form, or any other action that requires it not to bleed through to the back of the page
