These paint markers have a nice clean line

When I colored over an area already dry with the pen then the lines were easy to see and it created a raised layer effect which is actually quite beautiful and something I integrate into my art like making a leaf's veins seem to raise a little

The fine tips allow for sharp lines and once dry it's as durable as the paint on the rest of the tool

The paint never dispensed correctly and it just started exploding everywhere in round globs, and there was never any paint that came out in consistent lines

Used for about 20 minutes doing short little lines for a calendar project and the tip fell out!

if u do it the paint will come out faster and u'll have blobs and not clean lines

Just don't expect to do fine super thin line work with them

Wouldn't recommend for any project where detail and clean lines are important.

After you get that down (which is super easy), they provide a great, solid line of paint on every surface

I am using these to do lining in paint rocks and works great.

Looking closely on smooth surfaces like plastic I could see some of the strokes with the pens but if I quickly swirled the paint pen while the area was wet then the lines were harder to see

I can draw or write with these very smoothly with no skipping or uneven lines

Love the vibrancy of the colors and the fluidity of the paint (once it gets going) shake it up well and prime the point before using and you will enjoy a dynamic and beautifully vibrant line!

If you are expecting a solid line this will not work for that either.

Would it be a nice medium bold line of paint that was what I wanted

The lines write smooth, the ink flows decently, and I have only had two small spots where the ink sputtered (you can see one of them in the pictures I did for the review)

I guess with oil paint it would be hard to get a fine writing line.

Nice clean lines and speedy drying time too

Once you get the ink moving (make sure you really shake them and then use scrap paper until you get the smooth line of ink you're looking for), it goes on evenly and smoothly

The lines stayed quite well.

It makes my projects have nice lines.

I wish at the time I would have found these colors in a fine tip marker - as I prefer cleaner, more concise lines - but it worked well enough for the project I was working on
