This kind (chisel-tip) is particularly useful, since it can make neat, thin lines (for writing text) or broad strokes (for coloring or covering or signage).The ink has some smell while it's drying, but not as bad as old-style permanent or whiteboard markers

I've had bad luck ordering markers in the past, but this set of Sharpie's works perfectly.
