The ink, after it dries, looks like fountain pen ink, but it doesn't smear or disappear if it gets wet.

And you can't sign a glossy greeting card with them either- the ink bubbles and smudges and just won't dry properly.

I have also used Bic Intensity Permanent Pen, and these have significantly darker ink but more feathering.

The ink was spotty and couldn't be used on many types of paper.
