I have seen both "med" and "fine" written on the Sharpie Stylo pen.

There is a slight bleed with them, but otherwise the writing they do is sharp!

From what I can tell, the writing on these feel a bit scratchier than the regular Sharpie Pens, but for me, I mainly bought these rather than the Sharpie Pen pack because these had the yellow color and because they're lightweight and comfortable to hold
