The plants are way smaller than I anticipated and about 6 of them had little dirt around them and fell out of pot as I removed them.

I opened my box upside down, so the dirt fell out of some containers and I broke one plant up by accident

Other than loose dirt, they were no worse off from the rough UPS handling

Only down side was my box had been banged around so even as well as they were packaged 2 of the plants lost almost all the dirt out of there pots and a few had damaged

Other than having to dust a little dirt off, they handled shipping better than I could have expected (especially since they were shipped in winter).I purchased 20 succulents initially (18/20 made it past the first week), and was so happy with them that I purchased another 20 (20/20 survived in that batch) and a friend of mine helped me turn some of them into planters

We are talking a lot of hands on that box but overall all 20 plants were in great shape and health!After receiving the plants, I collected the loose dirt, re-potted any disheveled succulents, and watered them

Packaged well, some dirt moved around a bit, but not much

Only a small amount of loose dirt, easily removed with a small paintbrush

These were delivered in terrible packaging - dirt ended up all over my kitchen and wasn't in the proper plant holders, so probably not good for the plants. and had to pull out every damn strand of shredded paper from each plant leaf - VERY annoying

Dirt had fallen out of some pots but even those plants were very much alive

I removed them from the pot and filled the bottom with the loose dirt

over half of them died within a week almost no dirt in the pots and what was there was dry as a desert UPDATE UPDATE every dang one of them died never again

There was loose dirt from the shipment, but that is to be expected.

They came all dumped out of pots, no dirt and just a huge mess

yes there was some loose dirt in the box but who cares!

(And I very well may as I’m kind of obsessed!)
