That clip is important because I'm always in fear of losing it.

I sounds good but the plastic clip that connects it to you cloths broke within the week after I started using it.

I also appreciate the little clip they give you for the battery area (middle of the cord) to clip it to your collar.

The packaging was previously opened(read torn), there was a replacement clothing clip along with the original broken one, and the medium size foam earpieces were missing
