One button has failed

Even though it sits off to the side the buttons are easy to reach with either hand

You can even custom program the buttons so that you can work the sleep timer on your TV.

Not only do buttons feel nice, but the way you program it is intuitive and well designed.

my sound bar would cycle through inputs rather than have a specific IR function for each, then I guess I could gain back the extra button I want.

It isn't backlit, but I found it takes a very short time to remember where the most important buttons are in the dark: TV power, volume up, volume down

And I still have two free buttons left that I haven't figured out what I want to use them for yet

Received today and out of the box the volume up button barely works, it’s programmed correctly, but the physical button requires you to press 3-4 times as hard as any other button for it to activate

More buttons would be my only enhancement to this remote, but you cant beat this thing for the price and the technology it has with not having to enter in any codes

I programmed the top 3 buttons for the receiver (power, volume up, down) and the bottom 5 for the TV with antenna (channel up/down, power, volume up/down).

It is slim enough that you should have no problem reaching all the buttons with the thumb of one hand

It is cheaply made, poorly fit my Roku Ultra remote (never made a "snap" like connection and after pairing with my tv remote, the buttons worked poorly.

So to use that feature you have to slide the Roku remote out of the Sideclick, which isn't that easy b/
