Upon looking back up a girl is standing in the middle of the road, Harry swerves to avoid hitting her, and the next time he awakens, he finds Cheryl gone, his jeep destroyed, and he is in a town encircled with mist and filled with dead ends that lead to nowhere in particular

Once entering the town, he loses Cheryl and yearns to find her... only to find the town is covered in fog and strange things are afoot.

When he regains consciousness, he finds Cheryl is missing.
