Although there is small ledge in the front which will protect the screen from minor falls, I am not sure it is thick enough to protect from a higher fall on a hard cement or concrete surface

And, the stick out protects the screen a little bit.

Does not wrap around the corners enough to actually protect the screen

I would have paid $30 for this case, had I known how well made it was, it came with a protective screen, and the nice the wrapping and package was

still sticks out far enough to protect the screen when it’s laying face down

Finally, it comes with a free screen cover that is easy to install

If you're looking for a nice slim case with a protective screen cover, I'd get this one.
